A proposed ordinance is included for your consideration. If the Commission supports the change, City Manager recommends First Reading of Ordinance 2009-06 by title only.

City Manager recommends donating the old fire truck to Union County.
ITEM 6. AWARD OF VACATION TIME TO CITY MANAGER
Commissioner Brantley intends to make a motion awarding the same.
ITEM 7. REQUEST OF MERCY MOUNTAIN BOYS TO PERFORM AT THE DEPOT ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2009
City Manager recommends approval of this event. This is a free event for the community.
ITEM 8. SALE OF SOD TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
City Manager recommends sale of sod to Union County residents at the rate of $45.00 per pallet.
ITEM 9. 2009 CHRISTMAS PARADE UPDATE
City Manager will provide an update on proposed 2009 activities.
ITEM 10. INTERIM REPORT – LAKE BUTLER LAKE LEVEL
